"Our three kids have been coming to Total Impact Gymnastics for just a little over three months now. We are very happy with the progress we have seen in these past few months! Our kids each had a unique reason in wanting to be in gymnastics; our daughter is an aspiring gymnast, our sons are working on their flexibility & tumbling for their wrestling, and each of their personal goals continue to be met at each practice. The coaches and staff are all professional, friendly and very positive. We love that they work on monthly character traits to encourage the kids to be their best in and outside of practice."
"This is my favorite gymnastics studio of all time. Everyone there treats you like family and you are always welcome. The coaches are the sweetest people you will ever meet and is super supportive in your endeavors. I have learned so much from these people and I can’t thank them enough for all that they have done for me. I highly suggest that you go to Total Impact Gymnastics, you won’t regret it."
"Great family friendly place. My 5 kids and I practice Taekwondo, and 2 of my daughters also take gymnastics. We have all grown in confidence and self discipline, which has improved our home life. Being able to participate together gives us a great way to have fun and strengthen our family bonds. Since our family is so big we have all the skills levels; beginning, intermediate, and advance, yet we can still be together as we grow and help each other, and receive guidance at our needed levels. Whether you are looking for a way to give confidence to your timid child, help your wild child gain self disciple, or just have fun as a family, I highly recommend TIMA, it’s got it all."
No, our program is strictly focusing on floor and tumbling at this time.
Yes! We have plenty of students attending dance and cheer outside of TIMA. We’re actively helping our students perfect their stunts for their routines.
Our classes are mixed with boys and girls and there are plenty of boys attending our classes. A good portion of boys from our martial arts classes attend when they see how fun it can be and how it helps their martial arts skills!
Yes! Gymnastics will teach your child to develop their coordination and focus, especially if they have a lot of extra energy and can be unintentionally destructive with their motions.
Yes! Developing persistence is foundational in TIMA and in life. By providing lots of mini-accomplishments to keep their morale up, they’ll realize hard work pays off in the end and learn not to shy away from it.
Developing discipline is like developing a muscle, we got to work it! Learning to get satisfaction from our accomplishments will eventually outweigh the satisfaction of comfort from things such as TV and games.
Yes, it’s possible that your child needs to be challenged more by doing an activity that is enjoyable and that can sustain their attention. It’s common with young children and we frequently change up our activities in class to be in tune with their attention spans until they develop better focus. Got to keep it fun!
Gymnastics will teach your child focus and discipline, which will carry over to their academics!
Call us ahead of time when you find out you’re going to miss class that day. If there are any available spots in another class, we will schedule you for a make-up class.
We do not let students into class if they are more than 10 minutes late, this is due to liability reasons if they are not properly stretched. If you are late because you are coming from dance, talk to the front desk or Coach Charity.
